Mustapha Agbadi
Agbadi is a Space Policy enthusiast, advocating for a Regional Space Governance in Africa capable of improving the living standards and the socio economic growth of his continent. He is the Partner, Policy and Legal Compliance at Bismerk Solicitors and currently undergoing a post-graduate program in Space Law at Northumbria University, Newcastle.
Agbadi was the former Regional Executive Secretary, Africa of the Space Generation Advisory Council in Support of the United Nations Programme on Space Application. He was the overall 2nd recipient of the 2019 Secure World Foundation IAC Scholarship Award for the presentation of his paper titled: 'Bridging the Gap of Space infrastructural Deficit in Africa Through Private Finance Initiatives' at the 70th International Astronautical Congress in Washington DC, United States of America.
Agbadi's is passionately contributing to the development of youth capacity building in the African Space Ecosystem. His future career interest lies in developing legal regimes and space policies with specific interest in Space Security, Moon Mining and Debris Mitigation.
