Nivedita Raju

Nivedita is a Researcher at Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI), where she conducts research on space security and gender issues. She also conducts research and outreach for disarmament education. In addition, Nivedita is a mentor in the UN Space4Women program and Director of Legal Affairs at the non-profit Space Court Foundation.

Previously, she was a Research Fellow at Open Lunar Foundation, and a contributing member of the McGill Manual on International Law Applicable to Military Uses of Outer Space (MILAMOS). Nivedita was also an Advisor for the non-profit Schools of Equality, which conducts gender-sensitization training in Indian schools.
